ZAVINRO is an independently operated fashion brand. These terms govern use of zavinro.com. Customer support is available at zavinro@gmail.com.
Products and pricing
We aim to describe products accurately using current verified product information. Colors and mockups can vary by screen and production. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and may vary by size. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are calculated in the hosted checkout.
Orders and checkout
Purchases are completed through a secure hosted checkout. Payment, applicable tax, order confirmation and order processing are completed within that checkout under the terms presented during purchase. An order is not accepted merely because you reached the checkout page; acceptance remains subject to successful payment, order confirmation and applicable fraud or availability checks.
Made-to-order production
Selected ZAVINRO products are produced on demand. Preparation and delivery timing can vary by product, destination, carrier and operational conditions. The live checkout estimate for your address takes priority over general timing statements on this site.
Returns and problems
Please review our Returns & refunds and Shipping pages before ordering. Made-to-order items are generally not returnable for buyer's remorse or an incorrect size choice. Before production begins, an order may be cancellable or editable through the order-management link supplied with the confirmation email. Verified manufacturing defects, damage or order errors may qualify for a replacement or refund through the applicable order-resolution process.
Intellectual property
ZAVINRO names, original artwork, text, graphics and site design are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission except where the law permits.
Site use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, scrape protected systems, submit fraudulent transactions or use the site in a way that violates applicable law.
Availability and liability
The site and product availability may change or be interrupted. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZAVINRO is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the informational storefront or events outside reasonable control.
Changes
We may update these terms for future use of the site. The effective date above identifies the current version. Changes do not retroactively remove mandatory consumer rights.
